The Details.
How does the recipient use it?
They receive an email with a unique code. At checkout on any Timberline product, they enter the code in the "Discount code or gift card" field. The gift value is applied automatically, and any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
Does the gift card expire?
Never. It stays valid indefinitely and any unused balance carries over between purchases.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific day?
Yes. Use the "Schedule for later" toggle above to pick a date. The recipient will receive the gift email on that day, in their local timezone.
Can it be used for any course or workshop?
Yes. Every Timberline product accepts gift cards. SCA certification courses, workshops, the Q Grader course, digital templates, and merchandise. The recipient chooses what fits them.
What if the amount doesn't cover the full course?
They can top up at checkout with any payment method. The gift covers as much as it's worth; the recipient pays the difference.
Can I refund or exchange a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If you need help with a specific situation, email us at hello@timberline.coffee and we'll do what we can.
Buying multiple gift cards for a team?
Email us at hello@timberline.coffee for bulk gifting. We'll customize the messaging, set up scheduled delivery for each recipient, and can send you a single invoice.
