Why This Path

Three Reasons This Path Works for Owners.

Business + craft in one place

The Masterclass covers concept, build-out, staffing, and service from someone who has done it, not just theory.

Sourcing decisions you can defend

Sensory training gives you a palate for QC cupping so you can pick coffee that fits your menu and your margins, not just what a rep is selling.

A menu customers come back for

Brewing Foundation covers ratios, extraction, and batch brewing so your filter menu is built on physics, not habit.

Questions

Good to Know.

Do I need barista experience before Masterclass?

No. Masterclass is designed for owners and operators, not just baristas. If you have never made espresso, you'll be fine; if you have, you'll pick up the business side faster.

How does this help me open faster?

Masterclass covers the decisions people usually make wrong the first time (concept, layout, equipment specs, staffing) so you don't lose six months and a chunk of budget getting there.

Do I really need the SCA sensory course?

You can open a cafe without it. Owners who take it source better coffee and have better conversations with their roasters, which shows up in what customers keep coming back for.

Are the digital tools worth it?

The COGS Calculator and Checklists are what we use ourselves. Small investment, real-world tested. Cheaper than one bad menu-pricing decision.
