About Timberline
Timberline Coffee School is Calgary's first SCA certified campus, founded in 2023 by Trent Rollings. Every course is taught by Trent, a coffee professional and educator with more than fifteen years in specialty coffee.
Trent is an SCA Authorized Trainer, Q Grader and Q Instructor, and a World Coffee Championships Representative and Certified Judge. Since 2023, the school has trained home coffee lovers, baristas, café owners and educators.
