About This Workshop

Everything You Need to Start Brewing Great Coffee at Home.

If you've been making coffee at home and the results are inconsistent, or you've picked up the gear and don't quite know what to do with it, this workshop is for you. It's built for beginners and covers everything you need to brew filter coffee that tastes the way you want it to.

You'll learn how to set up a home brew bar with the right tools, how to buy coffee built for filter brewing and store it so it stays fresh, how to work through the full brewing workflow (weigh, rinse, grind, bloom, pour, swirl), how to follow a proven Hario V60 recipe, and how to taste your brew and adjust the grind to dial it in.

By the end, you'll leave with a recipe you can use at home and the tasting framework to keep improving it. No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.

  • What to look for when buying coffee for filter brewing
