The ideal grinder to enhance flavour clarity, the Ceado Rev Zero Espresso Grinder is perfect for specialty coffee enthusiasts.
SweepOut Dual Spin
The Rev Zero's SweepOut technology eliminates coffee retention, keeping every dose fresh and full of flavour. Designed to preserve volatile compounds, this grinder enhances the aromatic complexity in the cup thanks to reduced retention, just ~2g (~0.07oz) between the burrs, which prevents alterations in temperature, gas content, and flavour. It delivers 99% of the ground coffee directly into the portafilter, ensuring a clean flow, consistent performance, and reducing waste by up to 5 doses per day. GTM, WAM, and Steady Lock technologies work in synergy to ensure precise dosing and uniform grind size under all operating conditions.⌀83mm RSZ83 Red Speed Titanium Aluminum Carbon Nitride (TiAICN)-Coated Burrs
The Rev Zero's, ⌀83mm RSZ83 Red Speed-coated burrs have an estimated lifespan of 3.6 tonnes (4 tons).Weight Adjustment Module (WAM)
Consistent weight aids in building and monitoring flavour recipes. The Rev Zero comes with a WAM installed, however an interchangeable Portafilter Activation (PFA) module is available separately and can be mounted in under two minutes, even post grinder installation.Steady Lock System
The Rev Zero features a counteracting system that expands in the opposite direction of the burrs, neutralizing the effect of heat expansion and maintaining a constant distance between the burrs. This ensures a consistent particle size at any pace, preserving the same flavour profile.Grounds Temperature Management
Because stable and low coffee grounds temperature is key for consistent flavour extraction, the Rev Zero has the following features to manage grounds temperature:- a 2.5kg (88.18oz) heat sink around the burrs to constantly remove large amounts of heat
- a shaft that separates the burrs from the motor to prevent heat transmission
- ample insulation to prevent heat transmission through the shaft
- active internal airflow management to support temperature stability at any pace
Noise Reduction
Excessive noise can negatively impact any environment. The Rev Zero has the following features to prevent vibration transmission and excessive noise emissions:- a 2.5kg (88.18oz) grind chamber for higher noise insulation
- rubber rings to reduce noise propagation
- the motor separated from burrs to prevent vibration transmission
- the motor mounted on suspension system reduces vibration emission
Advanced Leveling Intelligent Grinding Nexus (ALIGN)
High-precision stepless adjustment with a digital display for intuitive and quick reading of the grind setting.Cleaning Has Never Been Easier
Since it takes only three screws to remove the top of the grind chamber, the Rev Zero makes it easy to clean and inspect the burrs, with no grind re-adjustment needed after cleaning.Removable Chute
It only takes few seconds and a screwdriver to loosen the safety screw and remove the chute for cleaning. Putting it back is just as easy with four guides that quickly bring the chute back to the correct position with no chance of error.Removable Air Filter
To prevent dust and dirt entering the inner parts of the grinder, an air filter is installed behind the air suction grid. A cleaning reminder periodically appears on display.User Interface
The user interface is designed to be state-of-the-art, ensuring intuitive use for all and features a customizable dose layout, programmable air flow, maintenance alerts, five grinding activation modes, and a comprehensive menu of adjustable settingsWith its focus on ground temperature stability, weight precision, granulometry consistency and zero retention, the Rev Zero is the grinder that designs flavour.
